So, I can't put it any differently, but the great boards the admins have put up just totally inspired me today. Being on an image for stock purposes I came across beautifully rendered images in the form of women representing a sin (Ok, I swear in my head it didn't sound so stereotype. So forgive me :-p) Anyway, the Vanity one totally inspired me to this scheme.

Yes the date is finally here, the date of the merge. We will start on it this weekend. So from May 26th till 28th we will run the merge. The board will get closed down for a few days but we all hope you'll keep checking back and be with us when we open up again.

MS.NET and HFC.ORG now joined at MS.ORG
Hi everyone,

yes, wow, we're actually back up and running already. That is because we spent the entire day today working to get both boards merged and up and running again. The result, you're looking at it now. You will find a few subtle changes made to MS, and if you came from HFC, you'll find a lot.

Anyway, let me sum up a few things. At first, the membership deal:
You were a member on MS before but never on HFC.
Nothing changes for you. You keep your old username and password and log in as if nothing changed.


You were a member on HFC but never on MS.
Well, things do change for you then. You still retain your old username and password, unless you were one of the very few people with a username already taken on HFC. You're currently running around with a name we had to edit:You were NightFire on HFC, then you are now NightFire2.
You were Phoenix on HFC, then you are now Phoenix2.
You were Primeval on HFC, then you are now Primeval2.
You were Raptured on HFC, then you are now Raptured2.We are waiting to hear from you for a possible name change.
Anyway, furthermore. If you were a contributor on HFC, you will see you retained your status and we did add your remaining credits over here. Most of the schemes from HFC have been moved to MS, and we are going to work on adding X-Men avatars to the avatar gallery soon. You will find that RPGs from HFC (Genesis and The Summoning) were moved here as well, and all of your characters and character images were ported over as well. X-Men talk will now take place in The Altar (http://www.midnight-shadows.org/forumdisplay.php?f=89), which is a sub-forum that is about X-Men only.


You were a member on BOTH boards.
Your old HFC account was merged into your MS one. Use your MS username and password to log in. For you also counts that any remaining avatar credit you had on HFC for a contribution was added over here.
So, there is probably a lot more you're wondering about. Every question is welcome, since the objective today was to bring the board back up, so we might have overlooked a thing or two. Please help us find them, so we can fix them ASAP.

NEW SCHEMES
Yes, and if that wasn't enough, theres a bunch of new schemes now available on MS.org. For once, go check out the amazing that Aodhán (Narcissus) made for Eternal Conflict (http://www.midnight-shadows.org/index.php?styleid=3). It features a stunning header and dark reds and greens.

Furthermore, there is the X3: The Movie (http://www.midnight-shadows.org/index.php?styleid=37) scheme, which was brought over from HFC. Also work by Aodhán (Narcissus) with coding by Chrissie (Menefer).

And if you are a contributor, you will find most of the HFC schemes at your disposal now. :D

So, it's been in the works for a while and here it is now. A new scheme: Firefly (http://www.midnight-shadows.org/index.php?styleid=40). This one's dedicated to Joss Whedon's Firefly series and the Serenity movie. Dark greens with orangy and beige highlights.

As promised, we bring you the darker, alternate world of mutants from the pages of the X-men Comics. In present time, the School where young mutants sought shelter in, had been reduced to rubble, the city where hope for all mutants blossomed, got tighter and stricter, and the two Pillars of Mutantdom, Emma Frost and Warren Worthington, have both disappeared. What will become of the young mutants in this day and age?

We are sad to announce that we are closing down our X-Men RPG Genesis. We would like to thank the staff, current and old one for running this RPG for so long. It was quite the ride and I personally wouldn't have want to miss it. It was a joy, pleasure and most of all a great fun to work and play with you all.

The final closing date of the RPG shall be February 15th. If you want to safe anything from the RPG (threads, your bio) please do so before that date.

Due to real life busyness we are sad to announce that we have two people stepping down from their staff position here at Midnight Shadows. Aodhán is stepping down as admin and leaving the staff, Paul is stepping down as head mod but staying on as a moderator. We like to thank both of them for their hard work and dedication to this board. Thank you so much!

In regards to that we do have some bright news to add. We like to welcome Spider Jerusalem (Rory) as our new moderator. Congrats on your new position!

-- ANNIVERSARY
A year ago I had a dream, a dream of having my own vB Board. Ideas were running through my head of what this board could contain. I didn’t want it to be a fan board because those we already had enough, I wanted it to be a home of an RPG that was new. I started to brainstorm with Ste, we came up with a few ideas of what it should contain.

We ended up with an evil and a good side, got Jen on board and we started to work things out. It didn’t feel right though. It wasn’t really the idea I had in mind. It didn’t feel right. We started to think about it a bit more, figuring it should have more sides and that it shouldn’t be a simple good vs evil RPG. So we ended up with 4 sides but quickly it ended up in 5 sides. The 5 you can now see in Eternal Conflict.

In the past year we have been through a lot of changes, staff came and went. We merged with HFC and gained two new RPG’s. Genesis and The Summoning. Sadly we had to close Genesis a few weeks ago but we had a good time there, made lots of memories. And a few months ago we moved WWD from Charmed: The Prophecy to its new home, Midnight Shadows.

So this past year has been good to us and I feel there will be more to come that will make this board bigger and better. So thank you members of Midnight Shadows for sticking around and for making this board feel like home. Thank you to the staff as well, without you guys I probably would’ve gone bonkers in no time.

-- UPGRADING MS
In order to bring the board up to the latest stable version of the vbulletin software, we'll close down the board for about an hour or two either today or tomorrow. We apologize for the inconvenience, and hope you understand that such an upgrade can't be run on a live board ;)

Please note that we're not upgrading to 3.7 yet as the version is not yet marked stable. So we're going up to 3.6.9 :nod:

-- UPGRADING MS TO vBULLETIN 3.7
Within the next days (maybe a week or two) we will be taking MS offline to upgrade the board to the latest vbulletin version. This time the upgrade will take us to version 3.7 and it includes a few addons to functionality. After the upgrade tagging of threads will be available. Furthermore we will enable the option to leave messages on a user's member profile, and Social Groups are also added to the roster. Albums for image uploads will be enabled in a range that for example allows management of RPGs to easily upload images for that RPG.

The new options look great, if I may say so. And we are currently in the stage of testing things with the layout we applied to these features.

However, due to these feature adding a lot of new settings, this upgrade will probably take at least half a day or a full day. Normally, we upgrade the board fast enough for the vast majority of you guys to not even notice, however, this upgrade is of the bigger kind - so it will take time and might take the board down for 12 hours or more (yes, during that entire time at least one of us is going to be working on the board :-p; we don't dawdle on upgrades. ;)).

It will take a little longer. Truth be told, I can't tell you when exactly it will happen. It could be tomorrow, it could be end of next week. As soon as this upgrade is ready to rock, it will be run.

I hope you all understand that this requires us to take the board offline. Because, if you ask me - the new options are totally worth it :D! Thank you.

-- MS HITS VBULLETIN 3.7
Phew, this was a big one. Yes, we're done and now running on the latest version of vbulletin. Quite a few things had to be set up and changed, hence the slightly extended downtime. But I think we managed it in a sufficient time and didn't keep you waiting for too long.

The new features we enabled on Midnight Shadows for example are:

New Member Profile including Visitor Messages
Yes, you can now leave messages on members' profiles. Just click on a profile and select "Whispers" at the top. Should you wish to disable this feature, you may of course do so through your user profile.


Improved Contacts and Friends
The buddy list was taken up a notch. You no longer only have "Buddies", you now can make mutual friends. These friends are then displayed on your profile page (choose tab "Allies") and you are displayed on theirs. Please note that the "Buddy" button in the posts add someone as a Contact, not directly as a Friend. The list of members in your user profile, is also a list of Contacts, not Friends.


Tags
You can tag threads you start for easy searching. Please ensure that the tags you use are good for general usage and of PG13 standards. Tags that only you know the meaning of won't help other members.


Social Groups
You can start and join Social Groups (http://www.midnight-shadows.org/group.php). Messages can be posted to these groups as well :nod:.


Albums & Pictures
Since we know that some of you know that the Albums are a feature of vb3.7, yes we have them. However, at this point they are mainly to be used for RPG management purposes, to upload graphics and images needed for the RPGs. Making this feature available to everyone is not planned at this point.


New way of marking forums read
This isn't really a new feature but we have enabled a new way of how forums and threads get marked read. This way does not turn off the forum indicators / mark threads read by letting your session time out. if you're annoyed by all the forums and threads suddenly being lit up, simply use the Mark All Forums (http://www.midnight-shadows.org/forumdisplay.php?do=markread) read link.


Ok. I think I covered it all. Should you find bugs, stuff that doesnt look right etc. please be so kind and post these things up in the board help forum, Blood Lust (http://www.midnight-shadows.org/forumdisplay.php?f=3). We hope you understand that a few things can slip through the cracks when there's so much to remember when running this kind of large upgrade.

Ok, so with MS running on the new version with all the exciting new features - (and if you didn't guess, the upgrade was Midnight Summer Special Pt. 1 ;)) - it's time to shake things up a little. There's a few things we have in mind, ideas we're tossing around, and things we want to do here on MS. And to kick this off, what better than new features and a scheme update. This time I picked Ghost Whisperer out of the mix, and refreshed the dark scheme to a light fresh beige / green touch. The images are S3 promos from Repro. Header and buttons made by me :-p

We were gratified by all the applications for the mod search and it was a difficult decision, but we have narrowed down the applicants to a few finalists. Those moving on to the next round have been notified via PM. Thank you to all those applied!

-- A MIDNIGHT SUMMER SPECIAL: SCHEME CLEANOUT

In order to make room for more schemes, we will begin to retire a few of the current schemes in the upcoming days. This will mainly apply to older schemes that have been around for a long time now. We'll also cut down on Contributor schemes. But worry not, it's all to make room for new schemes that are in the works ;)

So, with our little scheme clean out, we've cut 13 schemes all together. Some you might notice gone, others you maybe never noticed. Anyway, I am sure that by now you are aware that we're making room for new schemes ;)

We've asked you. And you said yes. So we did it. We revived that old RPG. We brought it back from the dead, brought it up to speed and reopened it for MS. Yes! Only Time Can Tell is back. With it, we're brining back an RPG concept so far unknown to MS. It is guided, it has outlines, it does not accept bios the way you know. Yet it has a vibe and spirit of its very own.

What it is about? Well, very much Charmed-related. This RPG takes a spin on Charmed 6x10, that episode where we meet Bianca and see future Wyatt for the first time. Yet we do it differently. In OTCT we branch off to an alternate university in 5x23. Chris never came to the past, Paige died, the Charmed Ones ended for good ... and over twenty years later the last offspring of the Warren line, does the unthinkable. Instead of travelling backwards, he pulls the Charmed Ones into the future from when they all were sisters and the most powerful good force on earth.

So thank you Nick for shortening the novels I wrote for summing up past story and that fast forward, for the amazing header and putting so much work and teaser advertising into this thing. Thank you Ellen for completing the scheme and making the amazing character AI's we now have. Yes, it took us a while but we've finally managed to come up with results for you ;) First, let me thank everyone who took part once more! It was a joy to read all the great replies to the hoops we made you jump through :-p And even if you didn't make it now, be sure that we have your name on file when we need new staff next time ;). So without much further ado, I'd like to come to the who is who of the 2008 MS mod search.

So while setting up the search, we instated a position we'd like to call Freelancers. Those are people who will help with certain aspects of the board. For now our focus there lay on finding people who will lend a hand in the graphics and scheme departments. So!

When calling out our Freelancers to come up with ideas for schemes, Ares was the one to pitch us a very special header. Themed as Garden of Eden it has a very dramatic feel to it, adding an animated element to the scheme as never used on Midnight Shadows before. The colours that accompany it are rich, dark blues.

We hope you enjoy the scheme as much as I had setting it up. Concept and execution of the header as well as its coding were done by Ares. Buttons as well as colours were shared work between him and I.

Note: The Halloween scheme will remain available for contributors.

Note 2: Also note that if you do not see the animation on the header, you should check for the flash plugin in your browser. To see the flash clip properly, you need to have flash enabled and possibly check if it's not blocked for MS. So there comes a time that we have a good look at our staff members and realize that some are excelling in their current jobs and we feel the need to give them a well deserved promotion. In this case we have two staff members who we want to reward with such a promotion.

So going from Blood Runner to Death Dealer, we like to congratulate Rory (Crawling Chaos) for becoming our new Head Moderator! Well deserved and keep doing the awesome job you do!

And then there's this special promotion. She already has the rank of Death Dealer but we know she has more potential than that. So with keeping the rank name, Mel (Laudanum) has the status of junior admin as of now and will assist us admins even more. Congratulations dear! We know you will do an awesome job!

Anyway, with Joss Whedon having his latest stint in the entertainment business premiering this Friday night on FOX we figured we'd accompany such good news with a scheme. It features Eliza Dushku, the female lead of the show, and a few of her fellow cast members in white and purple colours.

Start of March, meteorological start of the spring season. People go cleaning crazy ... well, at least I do. So in an attempt to make sure we only have to do this cleaning thing once a year, I went in a little heavier than expected. Anyway, I've cleaned out a lot of old threads, turned post counts off in some places where the count should be off, added one or two archive forums, and removed others. ONLY TIME CAN TELL - TIME TO SAY GOODBYE
Ok guys, this is likely bad news, but it was long coming. We have considered rehiring management and give this another shot, but in the end, it simply does not seem to be the right time or even place for OTCT. At this point the freeform RPGs on Midnight-Shadows is where the majority’s interest lay – and that is what we want to and should focus on. Yet, please know, that it has been great while it lasted. It was amazing to see OTCT happen once more, and I’ll promise that I’ll probably always save a copy of the RPG somewhere.

But for now, we’re shutting OTCT down, making room for other RPGs and events. On behalf on the management (all over them, over the entire time the RPG has existed and was open) I’d like to thank everyone who’s played in it, who took interest or just read along. It was a great time and we enjoyed every second of it. Also big thumbs up and thanks to my fellow managers. It was great working with you guys and I look to the future, looking forward to repeating this in other RPGs!

Eastwick. We are aware that some of you may have already checked out the new show about three, well, whaddayaknow, witches originating from the rather well known town Eastwick. Once a movie (it had Cher, remember?) now we have a TV show, which has been building a fanbase quickly with its very humourous, laid-back and yet emotional story telling.

So our dear old Ares has taken upon himself to once more STUN us with his amazing gift. He's created this scheme for us and man, may I say with its rich reds and the highlight beiges this one's a winner. I hope you enjoy it as much as us.

NOVEMBER SPECIAL
Forgive the uninspired name but I am a bit on the tired side today, so this will have to do ;) So what that special is you ask? Well for starters, we are throwing the second MS Donation Rally (http://www.midnight-shadows.org/showthread.php?t=6906) at you :D Since vBulletin has changed their entire billing system we're now in the situation where we have to raise money in order to afford that new license. Anyway, of course we got stuff in return for you. So head over to the thread (http://www.midnight-shadows.org/showthread.php?t=6906) detailing how the Rally's gonna be run and become a Rally Contributor today :D
Please note that the update after a donation is not instantaneous. Give us at least a day (or maybe even two).

But of course that's not all ... because that would be quite a bit ... unexciting. No, the other thing we're giving you today is a new RPG feature on Midnight-Shadow. Sticking with our time-theme (which I am sure you've notice :hehe: ) this one's called The Clock's Handles (http://www.midnight-shadows.org/forumdisplay.php?f=246). TCH is supposed to allow us to test ideas of yours. RPGs are set up for an undetermined amount of time and we're gonna wait and see if it takes off. Should it indeed be a success, the prize is all-inclusive hosting of the RPG here on Midnight-Shadows. Aaaaaaand on the other hand, we're giving our players a broader array of things to do, characters to make and worlds to play in.

It's dark blues with beige highlights all around with a very traditional feel to it colour-wise. Colours and set-up were done by yours truly ;)

Mixing things up a little

You might have or might not have noticed a change in the Nightly Diversion category (aka. Chapter 3). Since we call ourselves an RPG board, we might as well cater to that even in the off-topic section. Please take note that all the three media / offtopic forums are now one: The Reliquary. There you can no discuss anything topic-wise ranging from real life matters, serious thoughts etc. right through to books, movies, music and all that.

The Moonlight is our RPG discussion where we hope to see vivid discussion on all things RPing ensuing. Discuss ideas (possibly for TCH) or things you saw done / see done, bring up thoughts or ask opinion of your fellow players.

The forum called Moving Shadows is dedicated to anything concerning being creative. Yes, this can be anything really not just writing / Rping. You have an idea and would love some input? Well, you no longer need to go looking for other places to get that input. Throw it into a thread and turn to your fellow members.

After much consideration of certain aspects of board life applying to Midnight Shadows, we've come to the conclusion that certain additions and edits to the . need to be made. In order to make it clear for you what exactly has changed, the new rules with the edits marked up are posted here.

Note that linking videos is no longer prohibited.
The use of tags on threads is encouraged.
The rating has now been clarified, and yes - it is indeed PG-14.
Use of social groups now prohibits the use of them for mock!hate groups of any kind or nature.

We have given Midnight-Shadows the rating of PG-14.
The rating is similar to the PG-13 one with minor edits as specified below:

Parents Strongly Cautioned - Some material may be inappropriate for children under the age of 14. This rating may contain sexual content, brief or partial nudity, some strong language and innuendo, humour, mature themes, political themes, terror and/or intense action violence. However, bloodshed is rarely present. There may be mild drug content present (for example smoking of marijuana). The rating allows for more profanity than PG and slightly more than PG-13. Simply consider, that words that are automatically filtered when posting pose the limit. Circumventing the board's filter in any way is frowned upon and will lead to consequences. The rating allows for "intense violence" in the way where blood is present in a violent way. Heavy torturing scenes, maiming or killing (what's referred to as bloodshed) does not fall within this rating.

Please note that once we enter the area of "graphic" descriptions (esp. in sexual themes) you're automatically considered to cross the line this rating draws.

ON THE ISSUE OF THE GOOD OLD COPY / PASTE
This is an announcement that - regarding recent incidents - we're sad to say has become necessary. You might have noticed the part in the board rules informing about copyright matters. If not, we highly advise you to check again now (http://www.midnight-shadows.org/announcement.php?a=1#copyright). You will notice that we take a rather severe stand on this issue. Quite frankly: We do not tolerate it in any way or form.

Merriam Webster dot com (http://www.merriam-webster.com) defines plagiarising as to steal and pass off (the ideas or words of another) as one’s own: use (another’s production) without crediting the source as well as to commit literary theft: present new and original an idea or product derived from an existing source. As we are for the most part a community of writers the loss of one’s literary work, no matter what its vessel is, is painful and heavily frowned upon.

Every one of our staff members, RPG managers etc. is expected to value work others create, treat it with the respect it deserves and defend that very respect. This includes coming down hard on any cases of content stealing or copying. What might have not been so clear is that this includes blatantly copying from others even from one RPG of Midnight-Shadows to the next, hell even within the same game. It's a big no-no, and if it occurs it's safe to say that the managers / board staff come down on you with the hardest of measures they have at their disposal. This may include but is not limited to issuing temporary or even permanent bans - RPG- or even board-wide.

The staff of Midnight-Shadows endorses such harsh administrative measures should someone be caught plagiarising content in any way or form. So please, keep in mind that you can easily steer clear of getting yourself into such a situation by following these steps:

1) Contact the original creator, or if the creator cannot be contacted for whatever reason, the closest representation for that person (ie: in our case a game mod, or a board admin) who can help to make the relevant decision and ask for permission to use either a scenario in another game.
2) Still credit the originator/source if you have altered it and there are still aspects that can be likened to the originator/source.

I'd like to note that everyone on MS is shocked that such a reminder as this one even needs to be put up. Anyway, we hope you can understand the motives and intentions behind our actions. Quite simply, next time it might be your work who someone simply takes, possibly claims as their own without asking you first. You wouldn't like that, we assume. Well, we don't like it either.

Filling up Blank Pages (http://www.midnight-shadows.org/forumdisplay.php?f=297)

RPGs come, RPGs go. We all know what it's like. Sometimes they go before we get to finish the stories we had in mind. So we sit there, for weeks, months sometimes even years and ponder the stories we once thought up, and wish to play them out and share them with others.

That's what Blank Pages is for. A place for you to seek out the players and act out those things that have yet to happen. We allow you to bring back retired characters for existing or even older RPGs. As long as you stay within the board rating and don't disrupt the ongoing (or previously established) order of RPGs you're good to go.

... no, we're not taking off our clothes (anyone remember that song? :-p) but we're celebrating summer! :D You've seen the first part already. The quaint little town is back, but with a brand new story! Leaving behind the world of Twilight, it takes on a world of it's own set in the year 2040, five years since the supernatural world was unveiled to the public. Now, witches, vampires, elementals, and more are able to live in freedom, but not everyone will be happy about it. Colfax is now the center of supernatural activity, and the whole country is watching it live on CNN.

But no worries, no big changes. Simply a new scheme with warm and deep reds and greens. The header was made by Aodhán, the rest by yours truly. We hope you enjoy. - In the next days (possibly weeks) old schemes will be retired so that the impossibly long list of schemes gets shortened a bit, and we've got room for new things.

-- Midnight Shadows: Change of board rating.

It has come to our attention that our board rating of PG-13 may be outdated when it comes to RPing on Midnight-Shadows. As such, we have thought long and hard of how to enable our members to have the freedom to express their characters how they would like, while still allowing the board to be accessible to as many people as possible. Regrettably, due to the fact that RPing is personal to each writer, it is difficult to come up with a set of hard and fast rules to outline what is strictly forbidden and allowed. Therefore, we have listed the most contentious issues that may arise, and outlined our thoughts on them. Please read below. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact Ares, Imzadi, or Salvation.

Most of our RPGs are based on some sort of conflict. As such, there tends to be a lot of violence. This goes double for battle-RPGs such as the WWD. Violence, for the most part, is accepted here. However we must draw the line at graphic posts which not only detail violence in a tasteless manner but also glorify it to the point where it would appear to be considered 'normal' under real-life conditions. An example of this would be punching someone in the face would be accepted, but graphic displays of torture is not. This remains unchanged from our previous policy, and should not effect how you post now.
Similar to our discussion on violence, the use of drugs, whether fictional or real, is allowed, as are posting about the effects of such drug use. However, we would ask all our users to display some common sense regarding this issue. Do not overly glorify or champion the use of drugs for recreational purposes. We have no problem with drug dealing characters, or drug dependent characters; however we would like to remind you that there are younger members on this board and for them some posts may not be appropriate. If you need to know if a post is appropriate then you can ask any of our Moderators, who will be more than happy to advise you on if a post was okay and, if it isn't, provide you with some suggestions which may alter the offending part of that post while still keeping the spirit and message that the poster is trying to convey intact.
Last, but not least, is the depiction of sex. We understand that sex can be an important part of a character and their relationships and we encourage this. We will always ask you to try to keep it on a tasteful level that doesn't disintegrate into smut. Graphic description of bodily parts or functions are not allowed; however, the act itself could be RP'd out.

Due to the effect these particular issues may have upon some younger members, each post is subject to being edited without notice if a moderator feels it necessary. However, when doing so a moderator is asked to private message the original content of the post to the original poster, if possible and explain the reasons for editing. Appeals can be made to Head Moderators and Administrative staff within 2 weeks of the original editing date.

To summarize for our long-term members who may be used to our previous PG-13 policy; this guide is basically telling you that we now allow you to RP the aforementioned subject matter with more detail. However, out-of-character posts, or posts outside of the gaming forums, must always stick to the PG-13 rule. Nowhere on the board is it acceptable to post video or photographic content which breaches this policy.


We do understand that this change will take time to be implemented. It will also take time for us as the staff and you as a member to get used to this new way of handling rating and what goes and what doesn’t. There will be transition time for this which we’ll set at three months. The time begins as an announcement will clearly state so (note that for now we are still running on PG-14) and will last until February 29, 2012. In this time, the staff will be assessing use (and possible) abuse of this new guideline. Abuse will not be handled easily.

During this transition times all RPGs will adapt to this new guideline. This means over the next three months, the RPG managers will change their rules in order to reflect the new handling of rating on this board. However, MS does allow the hosted RPGs to opt out of applying these RPG guidelines. In this case, the RPGs will clearly state what rating they fall under and as a player you will have to abide by their rules.

In order to successfully implement these new guidelines we will also introduce the following changes.

The swear filter will be disabled. Please note that use of explicit language is to be handled tastefully. The Moderators (and RPG managers) will supervise use of swear words and take necessary measures should abuse become apparent. You are asked to refrain from using explicit language in any kind of off-topic posting.


Engaging in any kind of scene that includes depiction of sex is strictly forbidden if underage players are involved. In order to make sure you know whether the person you’re RPing with is over- or underage, the posts and member profile of an underage member will be flagged. This means you’re asked to pay attention who you’re interacting with. It is not in the responsibility of the moderators to remind you who you’re RPing with. Any thread that contains depiction of sex and involves minors will be closed and moved instantly with consequences for all players involved.


Opting Out: As a member you may opt out of being a member of this board if you do not agree with our change of handling rating. Please contact an administrator to have your account retired.


When posting a new post or a new thread, from now on you have an option to flag the content as unsuitable for minors. This switch is to be used whenever the content involves depiction of violence, sex or the use of drugs. Failing to do so will also lead to administrative consequences. If you notice others failing to flag threads with content inappropriate for minors please notify a board staff member or an RPG manager.
