Below you will find all the information you may need concerning the ADA Job System, what Jobs there are and how to apply for them.

As you may have seen while surfing the ADA forums, different members take care of different things. In order to keep things running smoothly many members invest a lot of their private time to provide activities and assistance for others. Each job/ position spans different important responsibilities to keep sections/ programs in the coven running. Keep on reading if you are interested in becoming part of the staff of the ADA.

The standard form to apply for a job is the following. Send in 1 form per job.Username: Your current Username
Real Name: Your real name.
Messenger Data: List the messenger(s) you use most.
When did you join ADA?: The month and the year will do.
Current Level: Your Level in ADA.
Have your restarted while being in ADA? If so how many times? Also include from what levels you have restarted.
Describe your average activity level in ADA: High, medium, low? How many hours do you spend on a day or per week?
Any other fact we should be aware of: Let us know if there have been times in which you have been unactive or away from ADA. Have you held a position before? If so, which one. All of this goes in here.


Job You Apply for: Name the job.
Why do you think you are qualified to do the job you apply for: Convince the Council and/or your Manager, but stick to the truth ;)
Work Sample: If the job description lists a work sample as requirement, it goes here. Applications for jobs that require a sample while only be considered if the sample is included.

ADA Staff Positions


Dark Elders
Various members
The Dark Elders are the highest rank of staff members within the Academy. They are usually Level 6's, and have either climbed all the way or stepped back from level 7. They do hold authority within the coven and work closely with the Council members.
Requirements: N/A
Application: Promoted by Council members (application for DE is not accepted)


Prefects
Inception (Earth Sigil), Zendatha (???? Sigil)
While the Masters may bask in their very public position of power, and the Dark Apothecarists deem their title the most important one there is, it is the Prefects that truly run the Academy of Demonic Arts. They keep things in order, check up on the most different of matters. Some specialise in training techniques, other excel at harvesting the very magic that the DA’s call upon to hand out talismans. They work closely with the rest of the staff, showing a wide array of skills and lending a hand where needed. They may be given the order to run an event or oversee training, offer advice or mentorship to newer members, further the curriculum of the Academy by providing ideas and helping in their set up.
Each of them – there are five in total – carries a Sigil of Tartarus. One for each of the ancient talismans (fire, wind, earth, water and spirit) the sigil will grant them authority* when called upon to execute their official duties within the Academy.

*The sigil is not an actual power but it may grant the Prefect special skills by allowing them to call upon the element they've been granted. Depending on what task they perform they can call upon their sigil to lend them elemental power to eg. call people to order, remove them from a setting, etc.


Dark Apothecarists
Zendatha
The Dark Apothecarist hands out the Talismans to newly promoted members in the Dark Apothecary. He or she must do this in Character, which however may be a different one than their usual ADA char. Posting as a DA is restricted to the Dark Apothecary thread, and these members may use greater power than they normally possess when posting as a DA.
