Avatars Update & Request

Avatar Overhaul & Update


So, as of today the avatar system has been revised and remodeled. The categories are now sorted by from what they were made, e.g. TV or movies (which can / will be extended with categories such as comics / graphic novels, video games, etc. in the future). Furthermore, the avatars have been slightly reshuffled. The movie / TV categories contain only images of the show from now on. Actor photoshoots now go into the Actor (http://www.midnight-shadows.org/profile.php?do=editavatar&categoryid=18) or Actress (http://www.midnight-shadows.org/profile.php?do=editavatar&categoryid=17) categories.

Within the categories, the avatars are either ordered by alphabet (like for actors, actresses) or follow a sytem of first promos, stills second and avs from caps coming last.

I hope I explained this right, because I am pretty much aved out and my brain's no longer working properly :-p Anyway, on top of the resorting and new system, there is a whole bunch of new avatars (around 250).

Seriously, it's so not easy making avatars for Midnight-Shadows, so instead of wrecking my brains over it ... how about you guys throw me some names. Make it 2-3 maximum. Either of an actor / actress, a show, a movie, a videogame ... but make sure that whatever you suggest goes in line with our theme on this board somewhat. As you may have noticed 98% of the avatars you find are connected to the Sci-Fi / Fantasy theme.

How about we add some different comic book avatars? Hellblazer, Sin City (PG-14 cuts anyways), etc. Or even avatars of fantasy artwork belonging to artists like Luis Royo, Jennifer Janesko, etc (again, taking them PG-14ly only)

Ok, taking notes here and keeping a list in the first post. Please let's all just be aware that someone a) has to have these images to make avatars from and b) they have to be of medium quality at least. HQ is best! My "Images" folder sports a vast 10 gig but I only have about a third of what we see there right now :-p
